The LANSOAP team currently organizes, promote and run LAN parties throughout the East Midlands, mainly in Lincolnshire. The current venue can hold 50 Gamers plus around 10-20 spectators. We are currently looking to upgrade our capacity with a larger venue in the near future.

The venue will be Fiskerton Village Hall, located just outside of Lincoln, and the LAN Party will consist of many tournaments, both on PC and consoles with prizes up for grabs.

By taking part in sponsoring LANSOAP, it will allow your company to showcase your products directly to the potential customers.

LANSOAP will provide the following:
• A place for your company logo or advertising banner clearly visible visible on the www.lansoap.co.uk website
• A link with company details with links to retailers of your products placed on www.lansoap.co.uk
• A logo of your choice on the newly designed ?Letter of Attendance? , handed out to every player at the LAN party.
• A selection of posters or other literature placed around key areas at the venue
• A logo or banner of your choice in all emails sent out to users of the website

Sponsorship that LANSOAP seeks
• LAN party food: Drinks, crisps and other snacks, microwave meals, oven food, energy beverages, etc.
• Network hardware: Routers, servers, cables, switches.
• Tournament prizes: Hardware such as mice, keyboards, motherboards, processors, cases, and graphics cards.
• Freebies: Company promotional merchandise such as hats, t-shirts, mouse mats, posters, stickers and other gimmicks.

Where does my contribution go?
Your contribution will go to either prizes for tournaments or given away as promotional items to the attendees. Hardware will either be used as above or for networking/servers to support the LAN (only if dedicated by the company for this purpose).

How can I see that my contribution was used appropriately?
By request through either emailing or phoning you can:
• Attend the LAN, free of charge.
• Comprehensive photographs of the event, including images of advertisement placements, and tournament winners being awarded with their prizes.
• Samples of promotional material used for the event.
